ExperienceBroken Mixed tea is a special tea processed from unfurled buds and youngest leaves. The buds and leaves are broken to facilitate more intense oxidation. This tea receives its strength from the fact that it is highly fired. An oaky aroma greets the palate before the sip followed by mellow notes of wildflowers. The well pronounced woody texture gives this tea its essential character. The subtle floral sweetness lingers for long after the last sip stimulating the palate for yet another cup.
