Prepared from the fresh second flush of Okayti, it is a tea that is perfectly recreated. The dark brown leaves consist of beauteous two leaves and a bud that unfurl and steep a marvellous bright orange liquor that is mildly fruity and well-bodied with a nuanced sweet aftertaste that resembles raw honey.
