Quality is great. The screw on lid and chain are amazing. However, since the holes are very fine, water takes a bit of time to get inside the infuser. This causes the infuser to float each time you lift and dip it in. If you just leave it as such and don't lift it too much, it works wonderfully...large capacity too, great for fresh herbs or flowers which need more room
