Processed from the fresh and succulent high grown tea leaves of Okayti, this blend is exceptionally balanced. After careful plucking of the leaves, it is steamed to arrest the oxidation and pan-roasted to add a smoky character to the cup. The beautifully rolled leaves unfurl on steeping as the essential flavours seep into the water. Warm wafts carrying the scent of pinewood greet the nose followed by a refreshing and mellow earthy taste.
Without milk and sugar if desired honey and lemon juice can be added.
